Our Team

About

We utilize a trauma informed neuroeducational approach to working with students and adults alike. Our unique set of skills and experience allows us to reach a variety of needs within the school building. We view everyone as "educators" in that teachers, therapists, administrators, caregivers, and those in our communities have a large role in educating children. Our mission is to teach, guide, support, and mentor individuals working with children.

Professional Development

Our interactive and engaging trainings provide participants with realistic and practical knowledge that can immediately be implemented into everyday practice. Trainings are conducted both virtually and in-person to meet your staffing and location needs.

Educational Consultation

Our multistep consultation approach goes beyond the common observation, by developing relationships with educators and students. We utilize a hands-on approach which includes modeling and guidance, with a final result of recommendations that can easily be put into action.

Educational Coaching

The goal of coaching is to refine and develop knowledge and skills and integrate them into everyday practice. Coaching involves the belief that the individual has the answer to their own problems within them. Through active listening, questioning, and discussion, growth and learning are achieved.
